The following recipe will help detoxify your body's five internal organs, including the liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph nodes and intestine. In addition to doing it this way, you also have to eat foods low in fat, avoid meat, sweets and consume more water.  Detoxification treatment should be applied twice a year for 10 days. But, if you are lazy to do, try to do the following detox plan at the weekend. If you do it a few times a year, then the result will be amazing.  The best effect can be achieved if you add dandelion, nettles and birch tea. You must also be physically active every day, such as swimming, walking or going to the gym. Following detoxification weekend that you can apply.  Every morning, when you wake up you should drink 8.4 ounces or 250 ml of warm water.  Saturday. Breakfast: Drink 250 ml of water or green tea. One cup of oatmeal mixed with one tablespoon of flaxseed. Fruits of 6.7 oz / 200 ml, almond milk or yogurt diet and half a cup of fresh fruit grained (eg blueberries).   Lunch: 250 ml of water, fish grilled hake (250 ml), swiss chard mixed potatoes and olive oil, 2 cups salad (greens, arugula and tomato) mixed with olive oil or lemon juice, a slice of melon and a small banana.  Snack: One apple, 180 ml plain yogurt, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and 250 ml of water. Dinner: A piece of grilled tuna (150 g), 2 cups salad with olive oil and lemon juice, 1/2 cup steamed vegetables (broccoli or spinach) and 250 ml of water.  Sunday. Breakfast: A cup of oatmeal with a tablespoon of linseed, 200 ml almond milk or yogurt diet, green tea and pears.  Snacks: Grapefruit. Lunch: grilled chicken breast 200 grams, soup vegetables (carrots, beans, onion, pepper, celery and potatoes), pickled 150 grams and 250 ml of water.
